Johnson "Sea Horse 18 ???" Year Needed

Anybody have any idea on the year of a Johnson Model 10-13, Serial Number 1899771 ? I am not sure if it has the correct cover on it, but it is marked Seahorse 18... I also need to know the fuel/oil mixture for it. Thank you ​
 
Sure it doesn't say FD-13? That would make it a 1959. White cowl, chrome ring on the top. Recommended gas oil ratio is 24:1, but as it's an all bearing engine, you should be able to run it at 50:1 with the new oils. For insurance, I run my 58 Evinrude 18 at 32:1 (same as for my weedeater, one less gas can to mix).
