Newby Question - Mariner 3.3

New to the forum with a question. Bought a new-to-me Mariner 3.3 serial number OD931327. Can you tell me the year manufactured, and the fuel tank capacity. Runs great but shuts down after about 45 mins to an hour at low speed pushing an 8' porta-bote with two *****s. Is this normal or do I have a mixture problem?

The engine is a 1994 MARINER SIDE SHIFT TMC NA 3.3 MH

The Mercury service manual part number for your engine is 90-444771 - 2.2/2.5/3.0/3.3 HP
