As I mentioned in the title, it's a 9.9M and has a Made in Japan sticker on it. I'm assuming it may be one of the Mariners that were made by Yamaha, which I assume is a good thing as I believe that Yamaha has a good reputation regarding their outboards. Any comments regarding this motor?
