Bearing buddy removal

I tried to replace the bearings in my trailer, the bearing buddies are in the way but I cant seem to remove them. Are they pressed in? Any help would be great

While turning the wheel tap the outer edge with a hammer.

You might want to try some PB Blaster around the hub, let is soak awhile, then try tapping with a hammer as ibnfshn suggested.
