I have a 2004 115 2 stroke when put into gear and idle motor kills. Runs fine at higher speeds however when throttle is brought back to idle motor will idle for a short period then kill. carbs rebuilt in 2008.
 
hi, I suggest check the carburetor again and check the idle from 650 rpm to 700 rpm. The adjusting screw should be 1 and half turnout. Hope this will fix
your problem.
