ignition dead on vmax 200 2004 model

I accidentally touched both starter wires to hot leads on battery. No it wont turn over nor does the dash work nor does trim and tilt work. Can't find fuse for it on 619vs ranger boat
 
You've blown a fuse on the engine. I don't have a manual in front of me, so I suggest you get one to find the location of the fuse. A good test is to simply jump the solenoid on the starter, if it turns over doing that, it is definatley a fuse issue. Sorry I can't be more helpful at the moment.
