Fuel tank reserve??

Hi
Right this is a really stupid question.. i have a new 30L (6L reserve) plastic tank (the red type thats all over ebay) and am not 100% on how to use the reserve in it? which way do i tip it? handle side up? silly i know!!

A marine "outboard tank", with a fuel reserve?- I doubt it, unless it has two pick up tubes.

It sure would help to specifically ID exactly what you have (mfg, model no, etc) vs making flea-bay references that can change daily.
