Stuck oil filter DF140

I started to change oil and filter today,but could not remover the filter. I have tried 3 different tools no luck. I could not fine the CAP type. I have change oil filters on my vehicle for years now and have never seen one that would not move like the one on the DF140. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments to get this stuck filter off ?

I finally got the oil filter off. I used gorilla tape rapped several times around end of filter and wd-40. Thanks for your reply. west 500
 
next time when you fix oil filter put some oil on the 'o' ring by your finger and when you tight the filter keep it within 18-20nm torque.
