This engine set for 2 years and I cleaned the carbs and it started right up. I got 3 short beeps at full throttle, when I back off the throttle the beep stopped, but it had full power. I went home and cleaned the oil injection system, then it beeped loud by just turning the key in.Now it doesn't beep at all but runs rough without full power. All cylinders are firing. Is there a sensor that limits the CDI from allowing the engine to run correctly??
