1998 suzuki dt140 hp throttle problems

I have a 98 suzuki dt140 efi. While running wide open, it will drop to idle and not respond to the throttle no matter what position I put the throttle in. It just idles smoothly(no hesitating, stuttering or rough idling). I go back and prime the fuel bulb(has fuel in it but not hard) go back to the throttle and the throttle then responds normally. It will then run fine for days and then act up again. I have changed the plugs, oil filter, fuel filter, water seperator, checked all fuel lines and connections, and added seafoam to the fuel tank.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

It sounds like there may be pin hole in the bulb, which allows the pressure to release, I would try replacing the line and see if that may correct the problem, it did with mine!!!
