Short block 1999 8 hp

I have a 8 hp outboard 1999 serial no 0P019451 which doesn´t run well. It was driven on clean gas. Can anyone give me information about where I can get "short blok" or logn block to repair my engine or what can I do to repair my engine. ?

to get a short or long block will cost you heaps,so it might pay to find out whats wrong with yrs first.have you done a compression test?have you got a w/shop manual?.might be easier to take it to a marine shop and let them give you a report on its condition and cost of repair.Might be something simple,like sparkplugs,fuel not getting pumped into the carbie properly,kill switch on,.very hard to give advice with what youve given us
