Evinrude V4 Year & Horsepower ID

Here's one for the Guru's... Recently purchased an Evinrude V4 powerhead. The ID plug on top of motor, aft of flywheel, has 392448 inscribed on it. Under the numbers, the letters RPH are inscribed. Can anyone tell me what year & horsepower this powerhead is?
 
RPH = Remanufactured Power Head--------------Warranty replacement and Parts will fit many years.--------------Need a picture.
