Wow there's a whole forum dedicated to this. Have spent ages trying to find out the year and a definate hp of our Fletcher. The casing says 60hp but the guy we got it off said he had put this on as it was in better condition than the original but that it was a 75hp, the serial number says 0B343965. Any info would be appreciated thanks
