Twin 250 four strokes

Quick question, I just got back into fishing after buying two used Yamaha 250 four strokes and had them installed on my boat. Problem is they don't tilt and trim at the same speed. The starboard side is slower, Is there an adjustment for this? Thanks in advance.
 
i really don`t know why do you want to use trim at speed and how do you know that starboard side engine is slower then port side engine.
