2002 70 hp df70 wiring help

I need help with the cable wiring. This years project is refitting a 1990 17' whaler. I picked up a Df-70 for power. I cleaned her up and got her running good. (at least at idle). The problem is it is a tiller motor. I need to convert her to remote steering. To date I have procured the tack with the oil, CEL and temp alarm built in. The main cable showed up today 36620-92e00. The ignition switch is in the mail. My first problem is I do not know how to connect the tack to the cable. I also seem to need another cable. The 4 stroke tach has 4 sets of cables. The main harness may go to the black, yellow, & gay cable. the others do not match up. There is a black and red with green stripe that appear that they should be attached to something. There is also a 4 pin connector.Where can I find the information on how to connect the cable.
