No where in the factory manual do I see an affective way to grease the top and bottom linkage other than total dismantling as the book shows.

About to dive into an aftermarket book to see what's up with this.

Possibly you experts can cut out some time for me.

Thanks

The running gear that attach the T & T are pins and plastic bushings. This gear is assembled using grease at the factory.
The dry scraping noise was not the running gear of pins and bushings but the two trim ram ends that contact fixed pads. Through the motion of raising and lowering there is a hard interface or scrubbing of the ram ends and the wear pads. I see no pads listed in the book but hope they are changeable. The dealer said to keep grease on the two contact points.

All is good and this box is now checked. Thank you me for the help.
