Water Temp indicator 2006 150 hp 4 stroke

Have dual 2006 Four stroke 150Hp
Water temp on one shows right in the middle(on the thrid of five marks)
on the 2nd it shows on the 4th of five marks, it that ok or is that indicating a water temp problem?
