m# dv10/20 rebuilt injector pump engine is racing

all injectors,fuel lines are new. the inj. pump has been rebuilt. the engine races. is there a problem between the guvoner and the pump? thank's Terry

G'Day Terry,

There is possibility that when refitting fuel pump the rack lever has missed the control arm slot jamming the rack in the full fuel position.
