2002 ox66 cuts out at high speed

Ok. I've read every post on this site ****** back the last two years and can't find anybody with the same exact symptoms. I can run my boat all day at 4200 rpm or less but once I go above 4300 rpm it just bogs down and cuts out. Restarts just fine and runs the same way. It will also shut down if I try to shoot out the hole fast. I've replaced all fuel lines and filters. The fuel pump was replaced about two years ago and seems good. Any answers or suggestions?

What the full model number?

you test TPS?
you test Compression?
you test and clean O2 ?
you use the winky-blinky?
you test spark?
you check spark plugs?

you always run of a good know gas tank with new fuel lines
this way if it does the same thing , front where u plugged the gas line into, usually i go to fuel pump
 
Does your alarm go off? If not, do you know if the alarm is still working. I had a similar problem and found out it was a slight overheating problem at high RPM's. Cleaned the water jackets and the problem went away.
