2005 140 hp DF-140 motor oil dripping from foot?

One of my 2005 DF-140s gave off a sheen when I was starting the boat to pull for the winter.
The engine started and ran fine at idle, as did the other one.
I pulled the engine covers to check for fuel leaks, none found.
I checked the engine oil, it looked good no evidence of water, and was at the correct level.
I shut off the engines and tilted them up, one was leaking oil and water from behind the prop.
After the boat was pulled, I checked the prop shaft seal, it was fine, there was a small amount of oil in the water / exhaust passage around the shaft.
This oil has very little odor, definitely not gear oil.
Today I drained the foot oil, no water and the gear oil looked a little darker than it was when I put it in.
I am going to run the engine on the hose tomorrow to see if I can detect any oil in the exhaust.
Could this be a leaking rear main seal?
The boat was in the water for 2 weeks, engines tilted up during cold (16F) morning or two prior to this occurrence.
Thanks for any help.

I just ran the engine on the hose, there was motor oil exiting with the exhaust water.
I don't think it is the head gasket, the oil has no sign of water and the level has not changed.
I am leaning toward a leaking output shaft seal.

Any one with an idea?
