Need help uploading photos.

I went into the Help Forum but could not find instructions.

I need to ID a Mercury outboard and would like to upload photos but the files are too big. Each is about 2mb according to the attachment upload tool in the Post New Thread.

Any ideas to reduce their "size" to something that will work?
