2007 9.9 hp Pro-Kicker charging system

I am wondering what the charging system output if any is on or should be on a 2007 9.9 Merc pro-kicker motor. Does it charge the battery? what would be the normal output amps?

We'll need you engine serial number to give out accurate info? But it looks like it's going to be either,

Black stator put's out 4 amp's 48 watts @6000 RPM. 2 magnet flywheel, (8 pole) (4 Pulses)

Red stator put's out 6 amp's 72 watts @6000 RPM. 4 magnet flywheel (10 pole) (5 Pulses)
