detroit 6-71 marine engine coolant coming out exhaust and or steam

asking for test procedure to eliminate head gasket,injector cup orings,exhaust cooler,ect... before tear down and boat comes out of water (no coolant in oil),
 
most 6-71 in boats have a wet exhaust system. what you are seeing is raw water thats has gone thu the heat exchanger and returning to sea.
