115 vs 150

What is the difference between a Mariner (Merc) 115 and 150 In line 6? (other than 35 HP) I was told the bore and stroke are the same. Is it fesible to modify a 115 into a 150?
 
It is in the carbs,jets etc.And when you go to the higher HP it is harder on fuel,and on the blocks life span.
:DI had to stick my two cents worth in,hadn't I?:D
