Just got my 260 totally rebuilt, starts cold no problem, runs like a dream, but after being on the lake 1-2 hours and then throttling down to retrailer the engine keeps dieing. I won't idle, I have to run in at 1000 rpm, then shift to neutral (usually when the engine dies). I think this may be a automatic choke malfunction i.e still running too rich. Any inputs?
