'1996 Mercury - Tracker 40hp

I just got this boat on trade yesterday. Its been sitting for a couple years. I'd like to know what gas/oil ratio is for this? Also is there anything else I need to check? It only has 25hrs of use on it. I'm trying to get it ready to sell, so any input is appreciated. Thanks

50:1 is your ratio. Anytime an outboard sets for a long time it is subject to having gummed up carbs and fuel pump. Also rubber dry rots from sitting so that means the impeller should be changed.
