1960 20 hp Merc model 200/ CAN'T FIND IMPELLER TO REPLACE IT

I can't find the impeller to replace it. Does anyone have a manual this old or know how to find and replace it. It's a sweet running motor and I need to fix it, can't afford a new one!!!
 
That is one with the " automatic / slinky spring " transmission.---------------------Somewhat involved as the impeller is above the transmission, about halfway up the exhaust housing.-----------------Special tools / patience / or a greyhaired Mercury mechanic is what is needed.------------------They are a nice running motor.----------Parts pictures are available on the net.
 
It is not that bad of a job if you know how.---------------------------Sort of like toilet paper and ***,--------------Once you rip off the first piece the rest is easy.
