Yanmar 3gm30 F....removing Drive disc

Gidday,
I removed the trans on the above to clean and check. I have removed the retaining bolts on the drive disc but cannot seem to be able to get purchase on it to remove from flywheel. Can anyone describe how it is done?
It would be appreciated.

Hi; I noted your post was 2006, any luck since then? Hope you are sailing there, no boats in the water here.

Hi I used Loctite Freeze and Release, made a slide hammer out of a long bolt, a heavy socket, nut and washer, put it in head first and hept sliding the socket unil it released. Its a gret product but may take several applications. Cheers Fraser
