Winterizing an Opti-to fog or not to fog? 2007 150 hp

Can anyone give me the winterizing procedures for an 07 Opti 150? I have heard not to fog the cylinders but to add a tablespoon of motor oil and rotate by hand? Any advice is appreciated.

Well, a spoon full of oil in the cylinder is not going to do much to protect expensive bearings and the crank and rods.

Fogging will most likely ruin your spark plugs.
You may fog, but then change plugs AFTER you having started and burned off the oil next spring.

Run the engine on ez to store/ez to start. That's it. It will lube the injectors and the crank bearings with out damaging engine sensors.
