Hello,
I believe I have a 1987 Mariner 50hp, I purchased it recently with a bill of sale and am having trouble locating a serial number. It is not in the typical locations, and believe it may of been removed. Is there a stamp or alternate location in which I can find this? I have checked the freeze plug and is stamped B217126.
