i have a 85 AE ,1992 model whicH when in the neutral position the gear engagment mechanism is catching ( i have disconnected the gear cables ) but cannot find any method of adjusting the set position. (If i pull the gear lever back 1/4 inch it disengages fine) i have no more adjustment left on the accelerator/gear cables. help?
