One cylinder is not good.....!! 5hp engine (1995year)

I checked two cylinder of my 15hp engine (1995year).
Firstly, I removed a plug cable of upper cylinder.
It's running good.
Secondly, removed a plug cable of lower cyliner.
The engin just stopped in a second.
And then I saw the plugs.
Upper one got wet, another was dry.
I want to know what a ploblem is.
And how to repair....?
Could you help~~~?

Re: One cylinder is not good.....!!

Try another sparkplug-----------If no difference, see if there is spark on both cylinders ( motor will run with spark on one only ) ----------------If you have spark on both check the reed valves.
