5524R would be a 1962 5.5hp Fisherman

If so the correct fuel mix is 24:1

That is 1 pint of oil per 3 gallons of gasoline

or 5.3 fluid ounces per US gallon,
6.7 fluid ounces per UK gallon

or 42 mls per litre anywhere in the world except the USA
