Merc 125 hp 1999 will not turn off

I have '99 Merc 125. Key will not turn off engin. Lanyard kill switch will not kill engine.
have replace key switch but no luck. Help

May need to remove the black / yellow stripe wire at switch box.--------------------If it stops / won't start now , the problems is in wiring.-------------If it starts / continues to run then problem is in the switch box ( buy a new one or choke motor to stop it )
