Eaton-built 312?

Can anyone identify these engines? My dad claims he has paperwork showing them to be built by Eaton and that they each produce 330 hp. I've looked for the paperwork but to no avail, can not find any numbers either. Any information would be appreciated, especially value. Thanks, ZIM

the 312's were 215hp... I don't know of any Y block like that that would have been rated at 330hp.

Value is relative... What condition are they in, how much does it cost to rebuild and how much is someone who need it willing to pay for it... I personally have never paid more than $500 for a "complete" and "in need of rebuilding" 312 and all of mine came equipped with the 10 degree off set reduction gear box (which if you have I might be interested in purchasing if the price is right! the transmission with off set gearbox that is) maybe I got lucky on all of our purchases and got them cheap but that seemed fair to us considering the amount of money and time we spend rebuilding them to like new condition.
