D2 40 with water in cylinder

About 5 months ago, I bought a D2 40 that's 6 years old but has less than 60 hrs on it. Every weekend, I idle it at the dock to bring it up to temp so it stays lubed and ready. Last week, after about 15 min., it started knocking and putting out blue smoke. I killed it and started checking things out when I found the oil had water in it.

I pulled the injectors
drained the oil/water
added fresh oil
and cranked it (about 6 times, 5 seconds each time) to blow everything out and lube the system.

As I was draining the fresh oil, I noticed water coming out of the injector hole for the cylinder furtherest away from the transmission. Not much but a constant drip.

I checked the goose neck on the exhaust and it was dry. I closed the sea cock and the water stopped. It is water and not coolant, no green color.

Any suggestions on where it's coming in or what to do next?
