Adding a trim and tilt to a 25hp mercury outboard

Just got a 25 hp mercury outboard without a trim and tilt feature and would like to add one. What & Where can I get this kit (motor, brackets etc.) and how easy is it to fit to motor/boat?
 
Best/cheapest is to try and find a doner with a blown powerhead.Try a wreckers,may be your best option.To buy it of a dealer =$$$$.that's four figures.There's also a couple of companies who make a bracket that you bolt to the boat and then bolt the motor on but that goes to $400 - $600 depending on the manufacturer.Google power tilt trim.
