leak down tester

I was wondering were I would find a leak down tester.Which is from what I under stand tells if your head gasket is leaking.What is the correct name for this and were to buy one.Thanks
 
Leak down tester is the correct name and Harbor Freight Tools sells them for 39.99 if you want to go cheap.
You will also need an air compressor.
