TAMD41D Valve Adjust?

My TAMD41D was recently majored and I want to do the initial oil change and valve adjust. I have about 30 hours on the rebuild and my questions are:

-Do I need to do oil and filter now, or should I wait to 100 hours?

-Do I need to adjust valves now, or wait for 100 hours?

-Should valves be adjusted with cold or warm motor and what is the basic process? (I've adjusted valves myself a long time ago and need a refresher!)

i have a TAMD41A workshop manual. it say the valve clearance ( hot or cold engine) is 0.40mm (0.0157")on all valves. to adjust the valves bring the #1 cyl to top dead center in the firing position and adjust the #1 valves, then turn the engine 1/3 turn in direction of rotation and adjust the #5 valves. continue 1/3 turn and go thru the firing order (1-5-3-6-2-4)
