Overheating d3-160 (combustion leak)

I have twin volvo penta diesel d3-160 with 300 hrs.
One engine is overheating at 3200 rpm (100 celsius) but not loosing coolant.

We have detected combustion leak in cooling system with combustion leak fluid tester, (fluid changed colour from blue to green), taken engine apart, pressure tested head and exhaust mainfold, changed all gaskets, and it is still overheating.

Could it be that there is some very small leak in exhaust mainfold which pressure test couldnt find? Or could engine block been porous, but not loosing coolant?

Thanks for answers, Josip

Are you sure that your heat exchanger, oil cooler etc are clean and the raw water impellor is good? Are you seeing bubbles in the header tank when the engine is up to temperature? I trust those D3's about as far as I can throw them, but always check the basics first.

Aftercooler is clean, intercooler is clean, new impeller installed, thermostat checked, exhaust elbow is clean, and coolant tank is geting little dark, but no oil, only combustion leak...
