We need more than a picture to determine age. Grab the serial # off the starboard side of the T&T.

As for prop size, again it's more complicated than just the engine the prop is going on. Boat size and usage are large factors. You want your engine to be running in the neighborhood of 5500 RPM at WOT with a normal load. The owner's manual will give you the exact target RPM range.
 
Thanks, I am not picking the boat up until next week, but have asked for the serial number.

It's mainly going to be used for skiing, on the back of a 19ft Bayliner Capri Bowrider
 
I have a three blade 19prop on my max 150 and pulls my 95kgs out easily for wakeboarding. Great engine with few problems. Hasn't missed a beat.....yet.
