Sparkplug condition question 1993 200hp

I have a 1993 yamaha 200hp,,i just changed the plugs because i was starting to get a bogging down condition at normal travel speed,the plugs all look the same(very white) electrodes,is this a sign of running to lean,also i have the injection unhooked,and i mix my oil into the tank,bought it this way and was told most guys will do this because if the oil injection quits,you dont find out until its to late,makes sense i guess.anyway what should i do if anything to prevent this condition in the future. Thanks
