Type 1 carb rebuild 1961' 10hp

Noticed leaky gas between intake and carb. So maybe getting ready to rebuild 1961 sportwin 10hp type 1 carb. It still runs and starts up good. I may wait awhile before tackling this. My questions are: Any surprises with this job? I'm pretty mech. Inclined and just re-did lower unit (clutch puppy) with success (thanks to seloc man.). Its just that all that linkage looks real scary. The rebuild kits look skimpy, is that all there is? Do i need deedle and seat; float? All that linkage have to come off?? There really is not much to the carb, easy to rebuild. Get the carb kit and it should include the needle and seat. If it has been awhile since the last rebuild you might want to replace the float also. Don't let the linkage fool you, if you can just take pictures before you take it apart if you think you need to for proper reassemley.
