Please help! missing a little at full throttle in test tank. RAN GOOD IN LAKE THE OTHER DAY.Tried to play with fast\slow needles but may have made worse they dont seem to affect anything when i adjust them (YES I TURNED THEM ALL THE WAY IN AND BACKED OUT 1 AND 1.5 TURNS). Also, does this motor have a thermostat? (1961 10022) any info welcome thanks

Did you have a test prop while running in the tank? You cannot run them with the regular prop at WOT unless you have a really big test tank, it will cavatate and fell like it is missing.
Yes, it should have a thermostat, look under the little triangular plate on top of the cylinder head.
