14 HP 1988 Evinrude SPL Late manufacture

I happen to own a rare motor, a 14 HP SPL Evinrude. I purchased a Manual w/ online suscription from Seloc Repair manual. They do not list that model as an option? Any suggestionn which engine would be closest match between the 9.9 and 15 HP engines? or which other one?
 
Power rhead is about 88 15, but gear case is from late 60's.
Old split type without prop exhaust.
