2007 9.9hp water in carb

I have a 2007 9.9 Johnson 4-stroke , in a 14ft boat , i'm having problems with water in the fuel line and carb is filled with water , if i clean the water out it run's fine for about a week or so , ANY CLUE'S TO THIS PROBLEM??????

One end of your fuel line is going to the engine. What is the other end going to? If it is a 6 gal can that sits out in the open, you may need a new fuel cap. Additionally, if it has a built in gauge, check that for cracks and leakage.
