my 1999 Johnson 150, began buzzing away as i was getting ready to load, the oil light was on also. i just put a new oil pump on, and on my last fishing trip, everything was fine. But yesterday the oil light and buzzer was on. Oli level is good. The primer bulb is hard as a rock. What's up with my fishing machine?
