1995 75 HP Force Engine

I have a 75HP Force that was working fine two weeks ago and now will not start. I have replace the plugs with new ones and checked everything I know to check. Any Ideas?

I know that Force is a budget engine is it even worth repairing or do I need to get another motor?
 
Thanks for the information. The kill switch was in the off position and I reset it to run. It still will not even act like it wants to start. I have the operator's manual for the engine but I do have the manual for the boat. Its a 1995 voyager pontoon boat. Can not seem to locate a manual for it. I have replaced a fuse, although the old fuse looked good, in the motor. I am going to check to see if I have a spark. After that it looks like I will have to send it to a repair shop. I just hate the fact it may be something simple that I should have found
 
If that was the case the motor is LOADED with gas and oil. Pull the plugs, clean them with lacquer thinner, then wheel her over for 10 seconds with the plugs still out.

You might have to repeat the above a few times before she'll start.
