1999 125 hp Mercury Outboard - No spark bottom 2 cyl

This boat is at the dealer. They said it was the coil. changed no difference. Said it was the stator, changed. Still same. They said it was trigger coil. changed still same, now they are saying its the flywheel. ??? There is still no spark on the bottom two cylinders. My Friend has been 8 weeks without a boat ..any suggestion.
 
theres only 4 more things left to the system. 1)outer switch box 2)inner switch box 3) the fly wheel 4)low speed -hi speed spark advance module
