Hey guys, two questions: First, was attempting to adjust throttle on motor while it was running, a spring fell off and throttle went to wide open, had to shut off. When restarted same thing throttle goes to wide open had to shut down. Any idea where this spring might have come from? Question two and the rest of the story...motor hasn't been started in four years. Once spring is replaced anything I have to do before cranking other than having foot in water an providing new/clean fuel oil mixture to engine? P.S. Engine was running fine before spring fell off or broke.
